Terms of Service

These terms govern Quantum Infinity, a service of Toledo Technologies LLC, 2389 Main St STE 100, Glastonbury, Connecticut 06033 (“Toledo,” “we,” or “us”). By using the service, you agree to these terms.

What the service does

Quantum Infinity inventories configured text, labels, links, structure, hashes, and source context from an exact URL you submit. If paid monitoring is available and activated, it repeats that bounded review every 168 hours and displays a private change history.

The service is independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the SEC, FINRA, IARD, IAPD, or any regulator. It is not legal advice, an audit, a certification, a regulatory filing service, regulator review, or a guarantee. It does not determine whether content is an advertisement or whether a statement is material, truthful, substantiated, fair and balanced, or legally compliant.

Authorization and acceptable use

You may submit only a URL you control or are expressly authorized by its controller to review. You must provide a true authorization attestation. Do not use the service for competitor surveillance, unlawful access, excessive automated traffic, security testing, harassment, or a public allegation about another firm. We may refuse or stop unsafe, unauthorized, abusive, or policy-blocked scans.

Filer and website information

Form ADV information is submitted by filers. The SEC and state authorities have not approved filed information, and the SEC does not guarantee its accuracy. Item 1.I and 5.L context is corroborative only. Website excerpts may be incomplete, stale, or ambiguous.

Paid monitoring

Eligible customers may purchase one authorized website monitor for $149 per month through Polar, the merchant of record. The subscription renews automatically until canceled. Taxes and the final charged amount are shown at checkout. Manage payment details, invoices, and cancellation through Polar’s customer portal. A cancellation scheduled for period end retains access through the paid period; delinquent, unpaid, or revoked subscriptions may be paused or ended. An order refund does not itself cancel an active subscription.

Coverage and availability

Monitoring is scheduled, not continuous or real-time. Robots policies, site changes, outages, DNS, redirects, content types, authentication, and safety limits can prevent coverage. A failed or blocked run is displayed as monitoring degraded and does not establish the absence of review signals. We may change the configured checks while preserving truthful version and source information.

Refunds

Our refund policy is narrow: if a paid initial scan fails or the paid report/access is not delivered, contact us within 14 days of purchase. Other purchases are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise. See the Refund Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

You remain responsible for professional review, filings, policies, records, communications, and legal obligations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Toledo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Toledo’s aggregate liability arising from the paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for it during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Contact and governing law
