Refund Policy

If a paid initial scan fails or the paid report/access is not delivered, the refund is issued automatically — you do not need to ask. The service reconciles every paid monitor against the runs it actually delivered, and refunds any monitor that produced no successful run within 48 hours of purchase. Refunds are returned through Polar to the original payment method.

If you believe a refund is owed and you have not received one within 14 days of purchase, email qi@toledotechnologies.com with the Polar receipt or order reference. That path is a backstop for cases the automatic reconciliation could not resolve, not the normal route.

Other purchases are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. A website observation you disagree with, a later site change, or a professional reviewer reaching a different judgment is not by itself a delivery failure: the product supplies software-generated evidence and monitoring, not a legal outcome or regulator decision.

Cancel future renewals through Polar’s customer portal. A refund does not itself cancel an active subscription. Cancellation is a separate action and ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid subscription period.
